The Gran Turismo 6 Time Attack Challenge is a series in which GT6 players are given a car/track combo and are challenged to set the fastest possible time within a 5 day period. All tuning is permitted, provided the PP limit is not exceeded. In order for your time to be counted you must post an image of the time in-game. Only rule is that corner cutting and wall riding is prohibited.

Sorry for double post, but I have submitted my lap time.

The car used was the Honda Integra Type R DC5 '04, with all parts fitted and limited to 430PP. It took me 10 minutes to set the perfect lap time.

Hey, I'm gonna give this a go. I usually avoid driving FF cars but this will give me a reason to learn how to drive them better - looks like I got a good chance of getting some points! I might not be able to play until tomorrow though.

You said all tuning is permitted but what about the driving aids? I guess it's whatever you want to run...

Also is there a club for this? If so, what's the club #? It might make keeping track of the times easier?

Hey, I just came to check out which FF cars I could drive and it turns out I missed the first round? It's only 830am on the 6th where I am, we must be in way different time zones. I'm kinda disappointed I missed the first round but I'm gonna enjoy this round for sure - FR>FF imo.

What the course settings be? I put the grip on "real"...

I'm in the UK so the deadline is usually 10PM GMT but I usually don't update the leaderboard until 10PM GMT the next day (although I try to do it right after the deadline).

For course settings I'd prefer it if everyone used "Real" grip. Does it make much difference to lap times? Never really used anything other than real grip.

I don't think it makes any diff to the times IF you stay on track otherwise real grip costs u way more time if you get a wheel or two off track

Round 4 is up.

Note: If there aren't more entrants by round 5 I'll be discontinuing this.

Replay:

A few low end power upgrades and stage 1 weight reduction for 220HP/1100KG and 429PP as well as racing hard suspension, twin plate clutch & race brakes.

I've also changed the OP thumbnail for something I took after my run.

The Kei car is next up for the GT6 TAC, with every generation of the iconic compact car class being featured, from the ancient Subaru 360 to the ultra modern Suzuki Cervo SR, tackling GT6's smallest race track configuration, Autumn Ring Mini.
