You lose the aero(front/back bumpers ect.) MOST of the time.

The parts you had purchased and installed on the stock body can be reinstalled on the wide body at no extra charge if I remember correctly.

there is really no way to change the inboard dash page to show other info ("Motec cycle" in PC/AMS)?

Only the rear wing can be installed back for free. you will have to buy again front, back and side aero kits.

This is not a frequently asked question but a question i would like an answer to...
A bit of info prior to the question, I am a PS4 slim user with a good internet connection and I have three accounts for GT7, the primary has the PS+ and the other two are family type that carries over.
Here is the situation, when I start up GT7 on my primary account I see in lower right corner the words "saving game" and the basic GT7 circle timing thing in center. The "saving game" blinks about 8 times before the main entry screen appears, but on my other two accounts it will blink only 4 times before I will see the entry screen.
I would like to know why the difference in the timing of the startup screens.
I would have the known "startup infinite cycle" fron time to time and is why I started counting.the blinks wheras if the blinks exceeded the usual number I knew I would have to quit and restart.
Has anyone else noticed this timing cycle and can anyone explain why my primary starting routine is longer than the other accounts?
