Noticed during some racing today that the wind direction arrow was facing north but the rainstorm was heading south which doesn't make sense. Not sure if it ever worked properly before the patch, only noticed it out of sheer boredom doing an endurance race. But I've been watching the wind direction arrow and the weather radar and it seems to behave like the arrow is showing the direction the track itself is moving on the weather radar rather than the direction the wind/rain clouds are moving in relation to the track
It's always been like this. The wind direction indicator on the race HUD shows the direction of the winds at ground level while the direction of the clouds in the weather radar are dictated by the current wind direction in the upper atmosphere.

During lobby play when you do your laps they now stay available for you to see even when you go to the pits. If you go to spectate and look at your car your times from the previous stint will still show. It disappears when you go past the first sector i believe.

"The slip ratio control and cornering brake behavior under ABS (Anti-Lock Brakes) has been adjusted."

Seems to me the brake balance has been adjusted as well. Reward brake bias has more of an effect post patch.

ABS appears to be broken. Im faster with ABS off compared to weak on the Autopolis TT and in a lobby with BRZ on comfort soft tires. Its near impossible to lock up tires.

Looks like it may be isolated to road cars on any tire. Tried a couple GR3 on RH and the tires lock up.

Can someone test it and let me know if Ive lost my mind?

Not sure if this qualifies, apologies if doesn't (my bad) but the payout for the Daytona Road rubber band Honda Beat 'cheat' has dropped. Now only 400k for CRB when used to be 600K....

I don't know why I know that, as I don't cheat, so like........ I dunno..........a friend told me or something :guilty: ahem..... cough cough....

One of my test cars for WTC800, the Audi R18 '16 hybrid now runs out of 'battery' 3-4 laps from the end of the Sardegna race. This was never an issue before, it'd finish the race with plenty of 'charge' left(?) no problem. I don't know if this is a change with the hybrid system or a knock on effect of more downforce(?) or other changes...

Sophy's driving and behavior are updated. It now uses more kerbs where it can, thus following better racing lines. At the Nürburgring, it was like it's not allowed to even touch the kerbs before. I think the agent had to learn all over again due to the physics changes, and its trainer gave it different instructions this time.

In Sophy, cars that were previously unavailable on some tracks have been fixed.

For instance, the 512BB was unavailable on Nurb and not it is.

You should see them on Le Mans. Utterly useless, they constantly turn in too soon on the Porsche curves and mount the inside kerb, then they brake and correct themselves. The only good thing is they no longer fight eachother (or you) on the straight, instead they move over to the right on blue flag, but maintain their speed. That change would've come in handy during the Nurburgring 24hr so it's a welcome change

Few things that might be from earlier times or bugs.

When fuel consumption is off, the gauge is not full but actually 1/4 or so - corresponds to the lighter weight of the car. Edit. This only seems to be true in certain places. Maybe lobbies?

Fuel consumption estimator tab during pitstop is messed-up? Doing a pitstop with almost half tank during lap 10/12 in current race C shows that you could barely get to the finish line with the remaining fuel.

In qualifying I have had my penalty timer reset when crossing the finish line few times. Doesnt happen always - needs more investigation. Would be great if it would reset penalties from earlier in the previous lap that dont affect your speed at the beginning of the next lap. Would save from many unneccessary laps and restarts during quali/hotlap.

I can't explain it well, but about the clutch work of MT and semi-AT cars when shifting up:

–Ver.1.48: The driver presses the gas pedal before completing to engage the clutch on the MT cars, while the semi-AT cars start accelerating again after the clutch is completely engaged.

Ver.1.49–1.70:
Both the MT and semi-AT cars behave like the semi-AT cars up to 1.48.

Ver.1.71:
Both the MT and semi-AT cars behave like the MT cars up to 1.48.
I noticed this as well driving some manual cars on controller. Especially for cars with large gaps between gears, like the R92CP, lifting the throttle when the clutch is engaged results in a smoother upshift. When you at the Caterham time trial replays, drivers are lifting the throttle during upshifts, so there could be a performance benefit.

Hello everybody !
I don't know if this has been mentioned earlier but on replay with the £fini Rx7, it change to Mazda Rx7 when you select model car not driver name 🤔
