For every update released, there is the potential for changes not listed in the initial patch notes. Please report any undocumented changes you find in the current update and I'll update the OP as much as possible to reflect those changes found.

1. It is encouraged that you make an effort in verifying these changes as much as possible, either through videos or images.
2. If you need help from the community to verify something, don't be afraid to ask.
3. It is strongly advised that you be as specific and detailed as possible with the information including a brief description of the bug or improvement before it was fixed/changed (if applicable) and how. If English is not your first language that's ok, just do it to the best of your ability.

THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE OFFICIAL CHANGES Only any changes not listed on the official site are discussed here
THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF THE UPDATE or anything else other than undocumented changes in the update. Keep those strictly to the appropriate threads:

Update (1.63)

Documented Changes

Main Features

1. Cars
 - The following five cars have been added.
・ Hyundai ELANTRA N '23 (available in Brand Central)
・ Mazda Spirit Racing Roadster 12R '25 (available in Brand Central)
・ Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo (available in Brand Central)
・ Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40V '74 (available at the Legend Cars dealership)
・ Toyota RAV4 Adventure '20 (available in Brand Central)

On the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo, pressing the "Nitro/Overtake" button releases a four-second burst of speed, a surge you can summon up to four times in succession. Each twenty seconds of accumulated braking restores a single charge, ensuring the boost is always within reach for those who time it wisely.

2. World Circuits
 - The following new events have been added to World Circuits:
  ・Watkins Glen Short Course
   - Race of Turbo Sports
  ・Alsace Village
   - World Touring Car 700
  ・Nürburgring GP
   - Vision Gran Turismo Trophy
  ・Sardegna - Road Track - C Reverse
   - Sunday Cup
  ・Suzuka Circuit
   - Japanese FR Challenge

3. Brand Central
 - There is a new Opel Channel and Museum section for Europe (Germany).

4. Café

・Chevrolet Corvette CX.R Vision Gran Turismo Concept

2. Legend Cars
 - Legend Cars (Hagerty Collection) prices have been revised based on real-life valuations from Gran Turismo partner, Hagerty. Known for classic car insurance and trusted market appraisals, Hagerty has also sponsored numerous historic automotive events in recent years. The revised prices will take effect the next time each vehicle returns to the market, with the next scheduled adjustment set for February 2026.

3. Sport
 - We repaired an issue wherein the race details of Daily Races would display the Slip Stream Strength as Disabled even though a strength is set in the Event Regulations.

4. Localization
 - We fixed various text localization issues.

5. Others
 - Various other issues have been addressed.

New update, same thing as usual: Post changes not already mentioned in patch notes. Any regular discussions, New Glitches, news or Physics issues should be kept to the appropriate threads:

Now you may post.

I think there must have been some changes "under the hood" so to speak. I run the Sardegna grind race every morning for the past couple years and my times are pretty consistent at this point (same car every time). I'll usually get a few .38s and even dip into the 37s occasionally. This morning I didn't get below 1:39.000 until the final lap and that was with making a real push to do so. The car felt a little more skittish accelerating out of turns too. Nothing definitive there...maybe I was just really off or something this morning. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else notices something similar.

I've noticed the same - I did a couple laps at The Nurb in C7 ZR1 (stock except Gearbox, SM tires) and managed 6:56 lap time - my personal record is 6:53. Car felt skittish this time around, but on the other hand I feel "off" this morning, so it can be just that. P.P. numbers haven't changed though.

It's the new Dunlop tyres, different physics in the build, different from what we had, time to learn how to drive all over again

Have to say if anything the Daily B in Gr3 on RMs felt less loose at the rear just a fraction more understeer if you trail braked to hard or late in to the corners

I really hope it is not that drastic...
Is why I asked about the Dunlop tyres coming onboard (in a different thread about Dunlop) because when Michelin had its tyres on here and when the tyres went generic there was a difference. There is something that PD tweaks to tyre dynamics and was mentioned when Michelin was a partner that PD used Michelin data in specifics of tyre physics/dynamics.
PD could just slap decals on the tyres but they didn't, they went deeper to actualize the conditions of tyre dynamics.
In all I do believe that Dunlop supplied data to PD to make the tyres accurate in handling and wear conditions.

I'm sceptical that there'd be tyre physics changes in this update, mostly because it would undermine the Honda event that is still running.
I can’t tell if it’s changed, I think nothing has changed as the times on the PVP stuff aren’t different, but they and I don’t think they have this time round adjusted suspension but not bop.

Edit: to say that more simply….

I’m hitting roughly the same TT time pre and post update and typically with a change we would see improvements or drop offs which we aren’t.

Did the engine sound get some sort of upgrade? The engine seems to sound more realistic and less pronounced gearshift “click”. Test car was 458 italia GT3

Could be placebo though, noticed in replay as well…

I suppose we will see what happens on Daily Race C at Lemans to see what the tyre model is really like. That'll be dynamic testing for wet, dry, cold and hot.

Dunlop tires will be fully implemented in the Spec III update.
There's no overall simulation change in this update since almost no car got a PP change.
When I posted my thoughts on the Dunlop tyres it was before the Spec III info dropped, I had no idea that bombshell was coming....

I'm not sure if it's just me, but it seems like the FJ Cruiser is FF and not 4WD? I took it off-roading and only the front tires spin. The rears seem to do nothing

I'd be skeptical too. However, I do recall an update a while back that impacted a running TT event in a pretty big way so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility.
It was a regular TT that they have to shorten to run only a week (and in return, the new TT added post-update was also a week long only).

Hello all, first post here👋 I'm on dual sense using motion tilt steer with sensitivity 9; and I personally feel a difference. The steering in general is a bit more responsive and I can turn in easier. Before most cars felt like they would plow on the front end this feels slightly more neutral. Also wheelspin and traction loss may be slightly more progressive. I am of course not able to judge with a wheel, but to me at least something has been tweaked.

Hmmm no I'm pretty sure there was one where an update came out and it made it impossible to match the previously set top times in the event. Something like that anyway.

Active warning in mirror for object in blind spot =>
I never heard of this before, is that new or only to VR ?

Edit: Works with the new Elantra N '23 indeed, even in non-VR, but it's impossible to see it unless we move the camera while driving.

Second day in a row of my times at Sardegna being off. I'd say nearly half a second per lap...
Been testing and training for our upcoming titan event at Laguna Seca with Porsche Spyder, before and after update, equal lap times (and even a bit better after update, but mostly due to a few more training and refining trajectories)

yeah if it wasn't for the fact that I'm so utterly familiar with this specific race having done it hundreds and hundreds of times in the same car with essentially exactly the same outcome for several months until this update I probably wouldn't have noticed anything.

I've also noticed that the drivers digital display quality is insanely crisp and clear. There's probably a new method of modeling or something that PD are starting to play with. It's really close to being lifelike and I haven't seen a digital tachometer in other cars being this good. Even the ioniq 5N wasn't this lifelike

...do other cars have this feature too 👀?
