I have videos in cockpit perspective of the following cars in stock condition: Polestar, Testarossa, Wicked Fabrication, R32 V-Spec, Fugu Z, Mustang Boss 429, Super Bee and McLaren F1. They're all from the 24h layout and recorded before the update.
If you like, take any of those cars, move the camera back as far as possible in settings and choose "Wobble 2" (or whatever it's called) so we have the same perspective.
Make a screenshot ( or video if you prefer) of a section you think has changed and I will provide the pre-update counterpart.

I've probably done about 3-500 laps of the Nordschliefe over the last couple of years for various videos on my channel, and can't tell any difference at all. I did notice that the Carousel was less likely to push me wide over the top of the banked portion but that would suggest a physics adjustment as opposed to a track adjustment. Not to mention I've only driven a few cars there since the update so it's almost definitely placebo.
 
I can't tell about Nurb... I don't drive it often, it's not a fave of mine.

But they do "update" the banners, that's for sure. The banner at Aremberg is our 4th different banner now? Also different assets appear for different events, especially people/crowds - and this happens at all tracks. The only other mention is the new hotel at Fuji Speedway. Suzuka meanwhile...

Like others have said a new LIDAR of the track would be a huge update. It could quite possibly be that they've changed the placement of hood cam?
 
They updated all the Michelin banners in the original tracks with Dunlop; still feels weird coming out of the tunnel in Deep Forest and hitting a sea of yellow :lol:
