Gran turismo color?

as i was painting my car on GT auto, i decided to put the matte black on my viper, when i notice that when i selected Gran Turismo, on -make- section below -texture-.. the color "White" appeared, is it a special type of white? or... just a simple white?... what car can you collect this "white' from?
 
Hmm, this is interesting to me. I don't know if I have this paint chip but I will investigate further when I get home. You might go to the dealership and go to Gran Turismo and see if one of the cars/karts you can purchase come in just "white" if not and I don't have this chip I would be interested in getting my hands on one. I can make it well worth your time if you could send me one IF I don't have it.

I think solid.. and, i kinda short on matte black,.. just a few.. thanks BTW, please investigate so we can get to the bottom of this..
 
Its Mazda color if that help.
I think they come in pretty much all texture.
Theres around 8 of them from the Furai.

Good guess but no.. see the mazda white is literally called "Gran tursimo white"... This is just Plain "White", and it's under the Gran Turismo Make..it's a solid color... and its just white lol:indiff:

I think it's the paint they use on race modified cars in GT Auto, they're always white right after they go through the race mod process.
 
Well, I went in the Gran Turismo Marketplace. You can purchase all the Racing Karts and the Red Bull in white. However, all of these do not state a colour name at the top. Only the Gran Turismo 350Z RS can be bought in White Pearl (3P). Unless it is something we are overlooking, I'd say you've stumbled upon a colour hard to find. It's just a typical white, but still and interesting one. I actually went ahead and purchased a kart, but I didn't receive any kind of colour. Therefore, it might be as segovia above me said.
 
Are we talking about the white that's spelled "white" without a capital W? I believe it's the white that the Racing Modified cars come in, but you don't get the paint chip from them directly. I think you have to get lucky and get it when you log in and receive your paint chips.
 
I have 6 just White paint chips i got one from a Mitsubishi Lancer in the UCD if any body needs one send me a friend request and let me know.
 
I have 3 of these white paint chips. Not sure where or how I got them.

The "white" paint chips are from daily log-in bonuses only.
 
Well if it helps at all, I doubt it. All of the DLC paints are listed under Gran Turismo too.

The brand is Gran Turismo and the color is "white" not "Gran Turismo white" .. But good guess
 
I just received a "white" paint chip. I bought a Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec II N1 (R34) '00 and it's was in "white." It gave me the paint chip and everything.

That would be a Nissan colour white I should think 👍
 
No it's from RM'ed cars.. When you RM a car you receive the (Gran Turismo White). Also from the RM green ticket cars form the seasonals.:)
 
u get white paint chips at random no matter the reason. u can get them in the log in bonus even cars from the used car dealer but that is very hard to find, and RM cars too.

I don't think this is from a UCD car, therefor "U" are wrong.
 
I painted my Lambo black from red earlier and in the process it went yellow XD. (Aslo had a wierd glitch, all the buildings on La Sarthe went purple)

This is incorrect. I have 2 accounts from when GT5 was released. Both accounts have all the RM cars in the game and the 2 seasonal RM prize cars. Between both accounts I only have 3 "white" paint chips listed under Gran Turismo. I opened a third account just recently and I have both RM prize cars but no "white" paint chips.
The "white" paint chips were probably obtained from:
1.) Daily log in bonus.
2.) Special paint chip received for every 30th car in your garage.(I only remember receiving chrome and matte paint chips.)
3.) Prize paint chip received from a seasonal event.
 
You will get these Gran Turismo colors if you got the paint DLC.

This always happens, if you paint a car then paint it again for a split second it will turn back to the original color.
