Gran Turismo: Hot Pursuit - Test RaceOpen

I am creating a test race on this format:

Cops can use only the Nissan GranTurismo Skyline GTR Pacecar OR any BLACK Road Car

Racers can use ANY roadcar, of any color but black.

Race room is located in Europe, it is something like
GT HP GTP MEMBERS ONLY
Anyway you will see "ScippaLimoni" as host..
