According to Google, Ralph is played by John C. Reilly, an American actor from Chicago. Reilly plays Buck Bretherton in the 1990 NASCAR movie Days of Thunder. So if we assume a NASCAR track from Chicago, then Chicagoland is confirmed!!!!
