Gran Turismo movie at the "early negotiations" stage

Thoughts on this?

If it even happens, how are they going to pull it off. Gran Turismo is a racing RPG with no real script or storyline so I can easily see it turning out like a bad b-movie in the wrong hands.

However being a huge GT fan I would probably pay to see it multiple times anyway, and love it even if its bad, so what the hell.

Sure is a strange concept.
