FYI: The poll for the car category (re: 30 laps at Kyoto) closes on Wednesday afternoon. We have a 4-way tie between the following:

N400
Gr.1
Gr.3
Gr.X.

I'll happily withdraw my vote to serve as a tiebreaker.

I've tagged everyone that has either participated in past events, has expressed some level of interest, or has voted in the recent polls. If you don't wish to participate, you can either post a comment or ignore the tag altogether.

The poll has closed and N400 will be the category for the 30 laps at Kyoto Driving Park (Yamagiwa). The field will be open to all cars that are N400 eligible. Given that I want this event to be a closed room in order to limit disruptions, participation will be key. I only want to host this event if the room has a healthy amount of players. I want feedback on the best possible date/time for this event. We have the track and vehicle class. We just need to iron out an agreeable date/time.

I can do any day, but time would be a problem if it's set for an evening in US time zone.
 
Who's planning on attending tomorrow's event? I know @Nick Cannella is out. @LineR32, how about you?

I haven't heard from anyone else yet, so I don't know what preferences I'm working with. Chances are it'll be another weekend morning run.

It was a fun event. A bit of a higher turnout than usual. Had 8 on the grid for most of the races. Even did a bonus in Miyabi. I’m going to do an open N100 event next week.

I added another race to bring the total to 5. I did tweak the lap counts for some of the other races to balance it out a bit.
 
Anyone else that's subscribed to the thread planning on participating in Saturday's N100 event?

It’s pretty wide open. Just jump right in if you’re logged on during one of the events. I only have the sign-up sheet to help me keep track of GTP members.

What should the fuel/tire multiplier be? I almost want to force a pit, but allow room for fuel saving strategy. Also, default amount for initial fuel?
 
Maybe we could experiment with 4x tyre and 6x fuel as a good reference? Initial fuel could be left at default, unless we could select our fuel strategy at the start...

Any proper qualifying, success ballast system in place? On top of BoP that should be really spicy.
