My god GT Sports scapes will blow away photo mode competition participants. Are we able to come up with Photomode Competition "round 00" durin the demo?

I would hope so, they have a lot more room for other things since they're using superimposed images rather than 3d rendered locations. Them doing that leaves room for making things look tiptop

I just wish we are able to use edited liveries in scapes. So far all pictures are of stock cars..

We've seen cars with personalized liveries combined with scapes already. Back when a bunch of news outlets and youtubers went to PD's HQ, all of them pretty much released pictures of cars with their respective logos (IGN, Playstation Access, etc).
