I did some testing yesterday, but didn't quite finish it. I think you're right, though. The main question strategy-wise is whether to take fresh tires or not. If you can get away without changing them, you can pit at any time get out of the crowd.

If you haven't yet, I'd suggest giving the 650S a try, too. I find it rotates better through some of the corners. My times in both cars are pretty close, so it might just be a matter of picking which you prefer to drive.

I think that you are perfectly right.
I saw a reply of one of the top drivers with the 650 S doing very fast lap easily (for him) so I will give a try also to that car.
