The AMCO headquarters in Staunten Island -- I have already covered this.

You're obviously getting confused with another place, because in the underground parking lot for the AMCO Headquarters in Staunton Island, there are 3 cars: Blista, Manana and Yakuza Stinger. Seriously check, because I did today and that's what is there.
