You're joking, right? I've beaten them all except Jacob. Now darts, I suck at. And in bowling, I've only gotten 1 strike, and many spares.

I can't say i've ever really tried pool first time I did it was because Roman wanted to and I failed at the break and then Roman got one in clean then he pocketed the 8-ball and I won. I haven't tried it since.

I find darts a lot easier than bowling or pool. I've only played 2 games of pool and won them both, and I think my bowling record is about 50:50. My darts record is 14:2, I kept playing with Roman until I got a 180.

So guys, is the game worth buying? I might be able to get a friend to buy me a copy (my mom is a b*** when it comes to the Grand Theft Awsome series.

Who is actually good at darts? ive won all my matches easily.. scoring avg of 140 and winning with a double 20.

BTW i do find the task of keeping all your friends "happy" is gonna get a bit of a annoyance as your list grows...

Also have you guys done the Heli ride with brucie yet? ive done that a few times and its a fun change to the drive to bar/resturant and drive back like the rest.

1 more point ive read that dating some girls or being friends with some guys has some benfits of some sort... anybody found some yet? ive heard rumours of dating a nurse and somehow that effects what hapens when you die.

Apparently, some girl named Kiki can help get rid of your wanted level by calling her.

And Michelle apparently, plays a bigger role later on in the game.

BTW, is it possible to date more than 1 girl at once?

I think I found out about you and Michelle.

You and Michelle can have kids together apparently

Oh and she's a undercover agent

No, I'm not. The balls hardly ever go in the hole. Everytime I hit them in, they bounce out. It's a ripoff.

Being good friends with Jacob lets you call him for discounted weapons. He drives to a location near you where you pop his trunk and make your selection. Roman gets you free cab rides. Brucie i'm pretty sure gets you access to street races, but i haven't finished his friendship cycle yet.

I wonder what Kate gets you? If she has any advantage at all?

And would Kiki be met through a side-mission or Love Meet?

Kiki is met through a love meet, she is a lawyer and she doesnt like going to the pizza place, so dont take her their! haha.

I might take a break on the missions and focus on building the relationships up a bit.

Are there any places apart from the fast food joints to take a friend for food? There was a diner marked near Hove Beach but when I took Brucie there for food, there was no marker or anything and nothing happened when we went in.

So went to Cluckin' Bell and he thought it was revolting - his body is a temple and all that guff.

just take brucie to strip club / heli ride or powerboat. he loves those. BTW it seems when your in free roam mode and you "discover" a resturant it gets added to your map for future reference. Their are some really classy ones over on the 2nd island near the bottom at the peir.

Just a general question, can Nico put on his seat belt when he gets into a car? There doesn't seem to be any button for it and I've been having some nasty accidents as a result

nope, your not able to do that. So you just have to be careful , besides its fun watching him getting thrown 40ft through the windscreen haha. Should be a stat for furtherst thrown through windscreen IMHO

Yes, that would be a cool stat!
I haven't been killed in a car crash yet, but I'm sure it is going to happen.
I'd just assumed there'd be a way to do it, as so much of the game involves tearing around the city as fast as your vehicle will go, or maybe that's just the way I do it. I'll just have to try and be a little more careful then. Doh :nervous:

I think he doe's put on a seatbelt you just have to wait a second before putting your foot down. Its like the motorbike if you floor it straight away he won't put his helmet on but, if you wait a second he will. I think this is the same as the seatbelt.

I have a feeling that's probably not true. Otherwise, it'd probably be another thing for protesters to complain about.

What a game! first of all im 40% though the game and from what ive found and done its amazing...

Story line 👍

Car Physics 👍

Graphics 👍

Mission People 👍

Now with the down falls although they may come with DLC

Pay and Spray (If im paying i should be able to atleast pick the colour)

No Push Bikes

Online Free Roam (People Constantly Killing, from time to time thats fine) THATS WHAT DEATHMATCH IS FOR DUMB ASS)

Maybe some other things but cant think right now....

I was getting chased by 4 stars in manhatten 5 minuites in i pulled a 180 started reverseing with 3 cop cars following.

I shot one driver and the car fliped in the air and did 2 spins untill it crashed into the other cop car and blow up leaveing one left.

It came though the middle of the blast something out of a hollywood film, so i pulled a 180 to go back the right way and drove off in to the sunset.

Now that for me was the Point of addition :dopey:

I have been enjoying the campaign and there are a lot of nice features in the game along with good physics and 3d responding water effects.
However there are a lot of things missing from San Andreas and Vice City that I miss a lot in the campaign. No parachutes, cant buy houses, cant buy or customize cars (even though they had game trailers showing you could buy cars), no RPG elements for Niko, no quads, no monster truck, no tanks, cant increase running stamina or any other items like that, story is quite short for a GTA game, and much more. Cant golf on the golf course, cant ride the rollercoaster. None of those epic moments like when you buy the hotel with a helicopter on top.

While some of that is disappointing the multiplaer truly makes up for it.
Here is what you can do in the GTA4 multiplayer.

16 players thru the entire city including helicopters, boats, bikes, cars, trucks, pedestrians, and cops. You can select individual islands to play on or you can play with every island open if you want. You can turn cops on or off, turn pedestrians on or off, set the amount of pedestrians or traffic on the street or none, put whatever weapons you want, set spawn time and spawn distance, time of day, weather, just about anything along with 15 total multiplayer game modes including some that are 4 player co-op missions. You can even set up online races with boats, cars, trucks, bikes, helicopters, police cars, SWAT trucks, and even firetrucks. lol I have hosted matches with the entire game open and also hosted matches with only shotguns at the prison. Also hosted matches with just rockets on. Lots and lots of options for sure and anywhere you want to play, you can. You can make the game setup as big or small as you want. I have even set up grenade only matches. lol :)
So overall I say the multiplayer is where this game truly shines and they have put a lot of effort into making that run real well online. The campaign is fun but just doesnt seem to have the excitement and fun that the other GTA games had.

story is quite short for a GTA game, and much more.
That's not true. The story is much longer than GTA3, Vice City, Liberty City Stories or Vice City Stories and from what I remember, is about the same length as San Andreas, and I doubt if it's that much shorter, but I'd have to know the average times to complete both storylines to compare them properly.

I've finished the storyline (both endings) and I must say that I'm hugely disappointed.

The storyline simply fails to make any sense and they seem to have removed almost all of the sidemissions and gameplay features that we have become used to in previous GTA's in favor of eye candy :boggled:
