My ongoing project has finished. I decided that I shouldn't leave the release date to mid-November, because I'm probably going to be busy packing for my vacation. (Hooray). So I've gone ahead and released it online now.

So what are your thoughts on the layout, and design? :) 👍

NOTE: This is not advertising, besides it's not like I'm making profit, so there's no reason to advertise, I'm just looking for your thoughts and suggestions. :)
 
In the links section, the granturismoworld.com text links to gtplanet.net.

Also, sind some sort of image to put there...to balance the page out.

Also, save the top graphic as a png ro gif. I can see some distortion in the colors.
 
Done, done and on the last question, I didn't save the photoshop file for the Halloween Header, I do however have the original for the default banner. :banghead:
 
It's very uh... bland. :sick:

There isn't really much to critique. You're using a table layout for something that could be whipped up with div layers and CSS within the hour for a start. Other than that, with your CSS font-family declarations you should really specify multiple fonts:
Code: 
Bad:  font-family: Frutiger Linotype;
Good: font-family: Frutiger Linotype, Times New Roman, serif;

That way, if the end user doesn't have Frutijer Linotype installed, they'll see it as Times New Roman. If they don't have Times New Roman then they'll se it as serif. The latter two are installed on like, 95% of computers worldwide.

Edit: For such a simple HTML document, there's multiple errors when I run it through the validator. Check for yourself.
 
Ok, with the help of Sage, I'm composed the website again, it's similiar in a few ways. Yes, for you I made sure this was a validate website, Shannon.

I must admit, once you get the hang of it, CSS, is simply, editing one thing and editing another thing and it makes the website look so much cooler.
 
Still looks a little bland there sUn. It could do with a little more color and some more content 👍.

That's pretty much the reason. 👎

I still don't see why it went over. I only got about 1000 hits before it went down.
 
All my gallery images are hosted on ImageShack + movies are hosted on IGN or something. The only thing on my website that I host is about 1.41MB of pictures+web pages+everything else. I think I have like 100MB of bandwidth or something, not sure though.
 
Most of the images there look like the ones I have uploaded. If you used the same image codes as me then can ya please give credit becase I spent countless hours uploading them. :lol: It sucked too let me tell you that. Escipially at times when Image Shack kept going online and offline and most times it is kinda fast and then 95 % of the time it took like 35 seconds to upload a single picture! :lol: It sucked uploading them! :(

Who is your host? How much Bandwidth do they give you each month? And what about space? how many MB's?

Just do it any time you are free. I just put the credits on my GT4 Wallpapers page 1 since thats the most busiest. Anyways Tommorow is Friday and hopefully I will be able to get the site updated with new pages and all and then I can start uploading again! :D I am not really sure if I will be able to do it tommorow since I will be busy with other things but I will try and make it my number 1 priority to update the site and at least have a Credits page! :D I also have a few other things on my mind that I cant wait to do! :D

Because I am currently tricking Angelfire! :D I didnt even know I was fooling them until I saw that I only used .6 MB's of bandwidth one day when I had like 800+ guests! :lol: So I think this is my main site until I get a .com site over the summer maybe when I have more time to update it very often and get it looking better! :D
