I would just like to introduce myself
I have been playing GT3 on and off for about 2 years, and I'm currently at 67%. My favourite car is the AutoBacs MR-S and my least favourite is the Escudo. I have yet to do an endurance race and I have completed the Arcade mode. Unfortnately I was not blessed with the skill of super-gaming, I can't play a game for more than an hour and a half. Any longer and I my eyes start playing tricks on me. I have got to 80% afew months ago, but then my brother saved his game over mine. I like drifting and I have a kickass set up for a Silvia that I'll post in the right forum. Thats enough about me and I look forward to many enjoyable posts.

Now for my Question...
Is it possible to save more than one GT3 game on a memory card?


BTW: I may be a newbie in this forum, but I'm a member on quite a few others, so I don't really need the whole Newbie treatment ;)

No, GT3 limits you to one game save per memory card. It also seems to limit the number of replays and setups you can save, even though the card is nowhere near actually full.

:D Great to have another Non "Escudo is God" member onboard. In response to your statement above: Are you aware you can "Pause" your game during an Enduro?? In your case I would recommend pausing when you stop for tyres, take a little break, then come back & run some more laps. IMO the Enduros are one of the best parts of GT3 & it would be a shame for you to miss them...UB57

Can't play for more than 90 minutes? I don't know how old you are, but it's clear you didn't do enough drugs in your adolescent years!! :odd:

Hey Oversteer, I know that feeling. Just about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I somehow let my mind slip and saved over my game and was at about the same % as you . . . boy did I ever feel stupid then. Well just last night, I had another save with all the cars I don't really use, but keep anyways in case I ever want to use them . . . well stupid me saves over that game too. Boy was I ever pissed at my stupidity. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I have a question too. Can you save more than one game on a memory card? I mean, I want Gran Turismo 3 or 4 of course! But my sister also wants the :irked: Rugrats :irked: game, so can both games be saved on the 1 card?

Of course you can . . . right now on my main memory card, I have GT3, KH, MGS2, etc.

So your little brother is dead, right? The same happened to me, only it was my dog Wilbur who ruined my 3rd game of GT3. He swallowed my memory card. A good tip, never pickup anything small enough for your dog to swallow when you have BBQ sauce all over your fingers. Damn dog.:mad:

Man that sucks, I woulda gave the dog some ex-lax hehe. No my brother isn't dead, But I punched him really really hard and he actually cried :lol:

Okay then,let's pick this one up. I have to admit i only got my PS2 just recently after playing GT2 for ages... so i'm new tot GT3 but not to the whole 'real driving simulator' saga.

Read some threads here and decided to stick around a bit longer. As you can see i love the Ford Capri (sorry for that). Hope to pick up some good stuff over here.... c ya guys around

lo every1, man ive been playing GT series for a long time on and off for around 3 maybe 4 years, I was bored and just searched for a Gran Turismo Forum and to my suprise i found it :) . I was wondering where all the GT players are, cos i just cant seem to find any1 to play against, ive only played around 5-6 different ppl. My favourite cars are Toyota Supra (Castrol), Honda NSX (Castrol) and Dodge Viper (both of them).
 
Not a bad choice of cars. And maybe you can't find anyone to play against because you are too good for the rest of us . . . and we fear you . . . or something like that. :lol: :lol: :lol:
