I have the demo on both the 360 and the ps3 also now on the pc.
The pc version is the best version as you can run it at higher resolutions.
My pc has an amd 5000x2 black edition cpu and a 8800gt graphics card.
With this setup the game runs at about 50fps with all details maxed out.
Over at the overclockers.com pc forums nearly all the guys who have played the demo are now putting preorders in for the game now so it must be pretty good.

So all in all does anything look better (besides the higher res)? Is there more damage? better physics? etc...

The game is the same on all formats regards damage etc.
But on the pc you can run it at a higher res and the fps is much higher.
You can use an xbox 360 gamepad or a g25 steering wheel.
I am also amazed that the gamepad also supports rumble in this game.
