Grip Question

What's better in terms of grip and lap time, Sports Soft or Racing Hard tires?

Err... the Racing tires. They do have more grip.

Obviously, Racing tire compounds succeed most in surface grip, as there's no treads. However, it succumbs to wet conditions.

I want to take this time to point out that this is not a "you're a noob/loser/otherderogatorytermhere if you use racing tires" thread. If you have an opinion like that, please do us a favor and keep it to yourself.

This thread is about whether or not RH have more grip than SS, which in fact they do, and has been discussed many times in this forum.
