GT 6/PD/Sony Micro Transaction Class Action Lawsuit?

I saw the micro transaction thing. 7 million credits for $50. I lol'd and moved on... it isn't like PD is forcing it on us. I just got the game and already ran into good money just from the seasonal events alone. I haven't even dented the content yet and have had about 1.5 million credits in just a handful of races.

Really dumb idea, but I don't blame PD entirely. That looks more like a Sony thing, because honestly the events look to be paying out as well as previous titles w/o micro transactions.
 
A lawsuit for the micro-transaction would be frivolous and pointless. With that being said though, if you were to buy credits through those micro-transactions with the intent of buying cars in game, and then put those cars in the the glitched stockyard where they tend to vanish. You may then have a case.
