GT Academy (EU) question

[Dragonwar233]

I live in America yet I am allowed to run laps in this GT Academy (EU) this week? What is up with that?

Also why are the leaders all from Japan?

[freight48]

It's not the actual GT Academy event.

It's a celebration event. Anyone in the world can try it.

I don't think you get the car though, do you?
