We should be receiving these soon I assume and was wondering if they will end up faster or slower than their normal versions. It will be disappointing for those who have bought dlc for the BE and Leaf to see others freeloading them.

This thread can be used to discuss times, tunes and break in sessions for gt academy cars

last time i posted a thread like this when gtacademy began i got dissed and told that they are the exact same and so my post was nothing. but im still curious, will they be faster/slower?

I think they will be a bit heavier than the road models.
 
They will be heavier because you cannot add the carbon bonnet. Other than that, isn't the '09 Academy faster for some reason than the regular GT-R. It's just like the Ford GT No stripe if I remember correctly. At least for tunnels I thought the Academy was faster.

not sure about tunnel but in the 1/4 my academy is slower. it has more hp though i think by like 3 or 4
 
im thinking pre tuned BE and 370Z will= R35 tc and RX-7 killers.
 
The "tuned car" models will be different for sure. Probably a little like the good old 370Z Tuned Car Academy.

Upgraded when you get it? Nissan leaf is no frills.. Can't even do rims

I checked earlier, even though I have golded them. It wont let you play, can't remember what it say exactly

Yeah, it says that gt academy is no longer available. Oh well lol.
