Can someone go to gt academy more than once? If he got eliminated from the campus can he still participate to the contest and go to gt academy the following year?
In the 2014 rules you were not eligible to enter the competition if you had previously been to the Silverstone boot camp. I don't remember what the rules said about it last year, but it might have been something similar.
