Gt all star/Like the wind cars to use?

i cant win races for the Gt all star and like the wind stages.
What in your opinion is feasible and can do the job.

I have tried the mazda furai, Nomad diablo jgtc, veyron, cant even make 3rd place.

what can i use to win these races and NO i do not have millions of dollars hence the reason am asking these questions.

yes i have, the veryon has top speed but cannot handle for ****.

the furai has capable speed but only when traction is off and i tweaked the settings to handle the course but the end result is poor.

the same goes for the nomad diablo.
 
The Mazda should do the trick. I used the Zonda-R myself. Also the ZR1 RM will do.

Run like the wind first and then you will have the Minolta to go into the all stars with.
 
I used the ZR1 RM to wrap up Like The Wind without much effort then took the Minolta to the GT All Stars. You will need to tune the Minolta as I found it didn't have enough power to keep the "big boys" at bay in the all star races.
 
After some practice I was able to do it with the Mazda, the Furai works when I put up top speed and Aero. I go into corners really fast and car looses speed the harder I turn, I also draft a bit, and block off other cars. I did not do so well with the ZR1 RM or Veyron too much under steer. Oh and that was with a controller. lol
 
As others have said, you've got the right cars to win the like the wind series. You know that the furai can handle the turns at indy without ever letting go of the accelerator right? You should be cranking up the downforce to achieve that if i recall correctly, but it makes for a fairly easy win, you overtake everyone in the corners... For the other race, your veyron should destroy the competition.

I used the Corvette ZR1 RM. These are the steps I did.

Step.. uhg.. Buy a Corvette ZR1 from Dealerships... (Obviously)
Step 1.
Before done any modification, go to GT Auto, and buy the Racing Modification for the ZR1 (it's around 350.000Cr)
Step 2.
Go to Tunning shop, and buy all parts that can be added to the ZR1 (I think you only can buy step 1 and step 2 from Engine Modification, Intake system, and supercharger) After that, the ZR1 should hit almost 900HP.
Step 3.
Go to Practice mode, and take a run in Indy track (The same track that appears in Like the wind Event, of course)
Step 4.
Once you are in the menu where you can start practicing, go to Car adjust.
In Body/Chassis section, adjust aerodinamics in the max value, in front and rear as well.
In Transmission System section, adjust the top speed to 390Km/h (Or 240mph)
Step 5.
Run. Now the ZR1 can take Indy corners at 300Km/h (Or 190mhp) or even higher. At the begginning, you can use drafting to overtake your oponents. Once you hit 1st place, you should get a little dirty, and watch out your oponents through your rear mirror, and don't let them pass.

If you do all things above described, plus a dirty, but carefully driving, you will take the prize!
This Corvette beats lemans cars, so you can use it for GT All Stars :sly:
 
get bspec bob to win the gt championship... for that you receive a zonda r...
use the zonda r: max downforce and gear ratio widened to about 390 top speed... my best lap time was 41.xxx secs on the oval... won by more than 5 secs :D for the daytona road course just max the downforce without touching the transmission...

then use the minolta you won from 'like the wind' for the 'all stars'
i won the all stars with a stock minolta... hard racing slicks and no mods... just maxed downforce again :P

ps: zonda mods are soft racing slicks and stage 3 turbocharger... :)

furai does do it put ur max speed to 390 and adjust ur downforce as follows 35 front and 60 rear and remember draft for all u can and ull do it just
 
If anyone has it, use the 787B Stealth Edition in both championships. Seriously, it absolutely caned Like The Wind and won by just under 10 seconds at Indy. With the setup I had I was flat in the corners doing about 215mph. I went back and did the GT All Stars in it after only managing 3 race wins in the ZR1 RM on my way to winning it, and this time got gold in all races. I thoroughly recommend it, with the Racing Soft tyres too.
 
ok guys i got through, i finally reached level 23 and on my way.

now to get an American car to do the American championship.....
