Just thought that I would profile each car with pics, specs and history on them and then put a poll up which you can vote if you think the car is(or is going to be a good inclusion in the game. What do you think is it a good idea or not? For those who do not know the cars, heres a list below:

2009-70 Mustang "Trans Cammer"
2008- JR Rocha's G37
2007-HPA TT
2006-Art Morrison Vette
2005-Stephen Papadakis' S2K
2004-HPA R32
2003-62 Buick "Bu Wicked"

Pebble Beach
2010-1952 Abarth 1500 Biposto Bertone B.A.T. 1
2009-1965 Alfa Romeo TZ2
2008-1967 Lamborghini Miura P400 Bertoni prototype

Tokyo Auto Salon

I wish they would bring out a book or something every year featuring the show cars, i mean surely they would have had mag features already, just be cool to have them all collected in one book or annual.

You forgot this years Pebble Beach GT award winner

"1952 Abarth 1500 Biposto Bertone B.A.T. 1"

Also while I don't think it has become a annual GT award but the Amuse 380RS Super leggera won the GT award at Tokyo Auto Salon 2008 (IIRC). I can't find the official article at the official webisite (official site was revamped since) but I remember it happening and is mentioned here:

If other people show more interest in the idea. I will start creating the threads for the cars starting with 2003 and working my way up to 2010
