You may be more right than you know... Supercar? Sure looks like it, but looking at their history, their top models have been V6 powered and front wheel drive! I certainly hope that this is not the case here, but... If pedigree is anything to go by...

I dont think Citroen is interested in performance in the GTbC. Its going to be featured in a game and most certainly not into production, so it doesnt really matter about performance; its just an excuse for PD and Citroen to flex their creative muscles.

That would explain the "D" gear selection, as electric cars generally have constant torque, and hence a single gear.

For reference, check out the torque curve of the Tesla roadster.

So the virtual car doesn't emit virtual pollution? Geez, there's some marketing spin for ya.

The "real" car is nothing but a life-size model with no powertrain at all. I guess that's the ultimate low-emissions vehicle...

The next question is "How do you Tune this thing"? Anyone know how to tune a hydrogen cell? :banghead: (thats if we get to download the car).
 
darn i was hoping so much for a screaming V10 or V12 and look what we got now a stupid electric car :( :'(

The obvious presumption is that tuning will be the same as other cars in the game, but without individual gear selections.

It will still have tires, suspension, aero, and power same as any car in the game.

Theoretically it should have perfect weight distribution and be very balanced. It's light, and has a ****load of power, so it will probably fall neatly between the F2007 and the GT LM, making it impossible to use for any PP-limited race except a Citroen GT race.

I imagine there will be just such a race added to the online events. Without it the car really is completely useless.

If they plan on adding a new French "supercar", then they should include a French racetrack with a long straight to check out the top speed. ;)

Well, HSR has a long straight and its fictional so it could be in France... But yeah I see where you're going with this...👍
