Hello, sorry if this thread has already been made before (I did have a look) and if this is in the wrong place (again, I did have a look) but I'm a new member so please forgive me...

Anyway, the way the Gran Turismo series is headed I'm sure many will agree is far different to how it used to be back in GT 3/4. I'm not saying it's headed in the wrong direction because GT 6 was a brilliant game in my opinion but some things are just not the same anymore, it's too far catered for the casual gamer which has some disappointing consequences, e.g races being so short now pit stops are a thing of the past!, Of course the removal of one of my favorite feature Endurance Races, and I cant help but feel the races are just not races anymore... Just '[3] lap challenges' trying to get from last to first in a given lap count.

Now I'm not saying PD should get GT back to how it was because I loved GT6's physics and how GT feels like a new 'modern', realistic racer that rivals Forza but things are just not the same, I want to plan a 'pit-stop' strategy to beat the race, I want to feel the sense of achievement after beating 300km Grand Valley endurance or getting all gold in a licence after spending hours perfecting my line! I just want to play an old gran turismo but just a re-vamped to play on my PS4, with all of the new graphics, physics and car collection.

So what do you guys think, would a remaster of GT 1-4 for the PS4 would be cool?
Would you buy it?

...I don't think I get you 100% here. Do you want a "remastered" GT 1 to 4, or you want GT7 to feel like those older games?

And I also don't see the correlation between the thread title and the OP itself.

I'm slow, soooo please clarify exactly what it is that you want. Thanks.

...I don't think that's gonna happen. :indiff:

PDI don't have enough people to pull that off, and they are not into sub-contracting others (apparently it's a quality thing).

Just saw this... love the idea. Also add GT5 :)
NOTE: Halo actually only remastered 2 I believe. Also a switch between original and new graphics (like using the select button) would be reccomended.
