Blue: 63/88/178
Red: 188/10/0

Logo was taken from the GT 4 cover art on PD's website.

That blue is too light.

My monitor is calibrated with an x-rite spectrophotometer so I'm pretty sure the colors on it accurate but the blue that was suggested is far too light.
Try increasing the brightness or decreasing the contrast on your monitor.

My monitors aren't calibrated.

But that makes the sum total of no difference in the slightest if you are literally sampling the colours from an official logo, that relies not on human perception, but simply the colour values in the bitmap.
