How is "our" (english) GTplanet related to the "Chinese GTplanet"
When you click on the link circled in green it brings you to www.gtplanet.net. So the chinese gtplanet a "knockoff" with just a link to ours, or is it somehow affiliated??

actually, I'd let him keep the site, just as long as he states that there is no affiliation and that this is the original GTPlanet.net. Quite Frankly, it's kinda like free advertising, so I'd let him keep it up there...
