I absolutely love the GT-R Concept Tokyo Motorshow version and think it's by far one of the best non-racing cars in the game. Better acceleration than most racecars too... 8 seconds quatermile. I was actually at that motorshow btw...
However, the GT-R Concept Racecar is completely different.
A lower maximum speed and 10.2 seconds on the quatermile unless you really screw around with the settings. I got it down to 9.2 but it's just... strange.
It stalls in first gear... skips 2nd gear... then stalls a bit in third and it's all out of whack.
I tried lengthening the shift times and now it does it a bit less... but still stalls near the end of the first few gears... I think driving manual trans would help a bit... but I would have to learn it. I don't really think it's a traction problem.
Whatever it takes to get this car to where it's faster than the Tokyo Motorshow like it should be... I'll do it.
Any suggestions? Have any of you figured out anything already?
