If you watch the replay you'll see he was as far over as possible, if he went more to the right he would have hit the kerb and bounced into the Ferrari,

The thing that cant be seen from that camera was if Percat dive bombed him.
 
#94 is stuck in the gravel at T21 and the Ferrari is back on track.

90% of the field was side by side or thereabouts, the only car that could've confidently thought that there wasn't anyone next to them was Van Gisbergen,
 
Is there a list of who is on which tire? I checked the entry list and it isnt listed.
 
That Mazda is very lucky that it didn't went off the Chase the same way Fabian Coulthard did a few years ago.

The one on the left would have been the better choice for Percat.

Yeah it does look a bit wierd. I do really, really like the number in the grille of each of them though.
