Would really appreciate some help to make 3 svg files from these pictures. I tried but can't get the size or quality to be within limits.

I'm trying to create Carl edwards office depot scheme. I see his 99 font but its not the right color. This is the correct one. I'll apriccate it if someone can upload this one for me. Please. Thanks.

Ive been trying all morning to gt this under 15k but I can't seem to get it lower than 15.4. could i get some help?
The font is "Impact" if that helps in cleaning it up.
