Just in case, duplicate and replace is "enabled", both are made from the whole decal, keeping the original proportions

Hi. Can someone please create a registration plate for me. I'm attaching a photo of a sample plate.
The plate must be plain white background without the hill and sun picture in the middle.
The small lettering at the bottom must also be taken out.
The registration lettering must be JVZ 575 MP

Even just the lettering will be fine. I Can do a white background and black border myself.
I Have no experience or clue with designing programs or file formats and sizes.
Will appreciate it very much if someone can help.

i come with a a strange but hopefully easy request.

would it be possible to get these 4 peugeot decals recoloured??
Ideally they need to be Black & Red.
The Red in place of the Red & Yellow places and the blues done in black.
