You can sign up in the club forums if you want to
WE ALSO NEED A PACE CAR/Race Monitor.
Their job is to lead the first pace lap around the track upon race start Or any other time in the race (For example, if somebody falls way off the track and has a mechanical damage issue, there will be a yellow flag in that zone until they get back on the track) The pace car will also monitor the race to ensure everyone races clean. The Pace car/monitor is allowed to distribute penalties anytime in the race.
If interested in being a pace car for a race or for a series, please sign up here

Race Procedures:
Practice: There will be a 20 minute practice before every race. (Lobby will open at least 30 minutes before Qualifier) If needed, testing rooms will be set up days before race.
Qualifier: Qualifying will start in the pit. Qualifying timers will vary depending on track
Race: Every race will start from a grid.
*READ CAREFULLY* Important Info:
Upon Starting, players will do 1 Pace Lap; to elaborate, every player must sit idle until The Pace Car gets in front. Anybody who fails to sit idle will be penalized with a 10 second violation to final time. Once the pace car gets in front, all drivers are required to do 1 clean lap behind the pace car. (Tire warming allowed)
All Drivers must stay at least 1 car length from the car in front of them.
Players will stay in a line based on qualifying times. Once Pace car leaves the track after crossing the finish line, the race will officially begin.
Rage Quits And Disconnections: Hopefully we won't get any rage quits but disconnections will happen somewhere down the line, Which is why we have these guidelines to what happens when we come across one of these occurrences.
Rage Quits: If a person chooses to rage quit and leave the race simply because they are losing, they will be DQ'd from the current race with no points and penalized the next race.

Disconnections: If a player gets disconnected because of bad connection or server troubles, it will be treated as a mechanical failure and documented as a retirement from the race. People who disconnect will still receive points but will be at the bottom of the position rankings, regardless of position before disconnecting (i.e there are 5 players racing, you are leading in lap 5, you disconnect, you'll be in 5th place and receive 5th place points) This is the most fair and logical way to treat disconnections as disconnections are unexpected and unplanned just as mechanical failures are in racing.

UPDATED Points system

1st - 20 Points
2nd - 16 Points
3rd - 12 Points
4th - 8 Points
5th - 4 Points
6th - 2 Points
Pole Position In Qualifying - 1 Point

Class Groups: Car classes will be divided into 3 groups
Group 1: LMP1/Group C
Group 2: LMP2/LMGTP
Group 3: GTE/LMGT,GT3

Couple of questions:

1- What's the tire wear / fuel consumption set?
2- The weather is set to variable, right?

Couple of questions:

1- Tire wear and fuel consumption will be set to fast (Since we're racing for an hour)
2- yes although the weather changeability setting doesn't change the weather as I would like, the weather is unpredictable and variable the entire tournament (Except Tokyo)
