GT2 Dreamcast Gameshark Codes?

Is there a way to convert PSX Gameshark codes to be used with the Gameshark for the Sega Dreamcast? I've been playing GT2 a bit lately, and wouldn't mind hacking some of the cars that I've seen in the "hidden cars" threads. Only problem is that GT2 is almost unplayably ugly on the PSX/PS2 compared to how it looks on the Dreamcast. And since the Dreamcast won't load the PSX Gameshark (nor will the Bleemcast disc )

You have to have the Bleem for Dreamcast disc (which I do)
