GT3 Cup Mount Panorama

What would be a good recommendation for a Gr3 car to use to do the Mount Panorama race in the Gr3 Cup.

I've tried using the Nissan GT-R '17 but I feel it lacks a little bit on the straight. I want something that is good on tyres but handles good and has a good top end speed.
