anyone got good settings? mine steer like a truck.
 
I find that using alot of throttle control is more benificial than changing the settings all the time.

Easy on the gas out of the turns.
Stab at the brakes to get weight shifted forward to add grip to the front tiers just before a turn.
 
I am a heavy throttle lifter, i'll slow down 30mph and still have turning problems. i have a more radical set up, but while i have more speed throught turn one, i'm terrible elsewhere.
 
Have you tried setting the car up for mild oversteer?
 
Not sure. I generally prefer oversteer. my rear seems to shake under braking.

Exactly!
That will help with adding some oversteer. Plus the bound and rebound settings can loosten up your car too.
Same with stiffer springs in the rear.

Lower the braking balance in the rear. I think mine is set really low there. Plus get rid of the deceleration setting of the LSD.

For the LSD? If yes, that's as low as you can get it.

Have you made any changes as of yet to your set up?
If so, what were your results? Better, worse, same?
 
not for several hours. i'm browsing for now.
 
Race times:

Lap 1: 1'21".756 (my best first lap was a 1'20".800 but screwed it)
Lap 2: 1'17".565

I actually have started to really enjoy this car track combo!

I am usually quite a modest person, but I am tearing this track up!!!
 
anyone got any ideas on how to get the damn rear to stop locking up?
 
Set your rear break balance really low.

Maybe around 9 or 10.

I have tried and $@%!%$#%!@%@ tried but I cannot beat this headache and 5 hours of sleep. I also cannot fight off the BS lock up and dead steering. When or if the shark port is set up I will work on a run for it, but right now I cannot even complete a lap without screwing up, heck I can rarely break the 1:20s. A fair estime of my times at optimum would be:

1:23
1:20.5
1:20.5

4:04
