I say lowering a car etc. definetly changes a cars appearance, in which case, I would guess all cars are able to be changed. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks of it this way though..
Mazkid, "and it peeled out".. Hybrids tend to get going by using the electric "motor". They generate their power as soon as you "step on it", so I'd guess you could do a burnout in other hybrids.. I never want a hybrid, it's just not right to do that to such wonderful machines

Yes it has, I believe it was Trial Mountain.
