Sorry, but there is in the rules that you have to tell us if you won't be able to join the next race. As you weren't there, temporaly I cleared you from the driver's list, to add chance to others who want to come. If you feel thet you can (and want) to participate on the next run, please let us know. I hope there is no anger in you because of this.

The first race was very enjoyable for me. I finished 3rd. Until Shark's pit stop I followed him within a second, but I went to the box 1 lap later than he and after that he dropped behind me 3 sec and I couldn't get him in the last 9 laps. In the 18th lap I spinned out but I was very lucky because Paradroid and I had a 9-10 sec gap, so I could keep the bronze medal
I'm looking for the next race!

1) I won't be able to do the 18th June or the 9th July, due to various things happening.

2) I Want to use the Garaiya '08, but the weight is set at 1175 and not 1100, so is there a way to reduce the weight at all? Or will I be stuck at 1175? (Checked the tuning menu - no weight reduction possible)

First of all, welcome!
I understand your point of view and I have to say, that it wouldn't be a problem for me to change the weight limit to 1175kg, but 1st I want to ask the others. So if anybody has any problem with changing the weight limit, please tell us. It would be better to change now, in the season beginning and to give equal chance for every car. Till tomorrow I'll decide what are we going to do.

EDIT: I've talked with some members, and the decision is to leave the rule as it was. Choose a lighter car if you feel a bit heavy that one 👍

I put it all back together properly.
There are no security labels and I wiped my prints off the inside.
The rep told me as soon as they receive mine, they will send out a new one.
Nothing was said about taking it apart and inspecting for tampering.
We'll see.

It is clearly in the rules that you must not do it, this is well-huh least 30 seconds at race time, in my opinion!

I don't think there is anything wrong with the weights. All the cars are pretty even, that Lexus is not known for being as fast as the rest of the GT300 cars, it would take a lot of weight to make it as fast as the rest. There are also rules on how to handle a race indident, you don't do it publicly in a thread.

Very good race, after the first couple of laps I settled into 5th position and was all alone for the rest of the race. I just relaxed and drove around the track, it was so uneventful that it was hard to keep concentration for the last 8-9 laps.

pretty exciting at the beginning, i got rammed on the warm up lap and was concerned that it was going to carry on over into the first lap. Also i thought we weren't supposed to accelerate untill we went past the start line...

Lol..... I got rammed on warm up lap also, same guy bumped me going into the chicane on the first lap. Once I got away from him it was just cruising around.

The pole driver accelerates at the start/finish line, all the other cars accelerate when the car in front of them does. (at least that's how I've always seen it done, in real life and in GT5)

I agree with HJLamont, I have never seen anything about exiting the pit lane early in the rules.

If it has to be written down to not cross the line if you come out of the pit, it means you've never seen a race before.. If I don't write down to try to be fair or not to cut a corner you think it is allowed? Nothing personal, but I think it is neccesary to think this over again.. I'll watch back these situations.
BTW, thanks for those who came to have some fun, and sorry for the early racestart by driverrich , anyway it was just in time at the end of the 30 mins qualifying. (sorry for cobrius, who couldn't join the race in time)
As the "live timing" hasn't worked, it was a luck that the starting grid was correct this time.
