GT4 menu music?

Just wondering is there any way to get these tracks in their fullest quality so I can use it as a custom track for the Gt5 menu, I loved the Gt4's menu music, sounded really epic however I dont want to use the Youtube sound quality .....
Is it possible to take them off the Gt4 disc through the pc?

I've been ripping GT music since GT3 days.
I just love to have the exclusive remixes.

You can record the song using a 3.5mm audio cable going through the Line-In of a old computer (newest one have this feature disabled) I'm using an old IBM Netvista Pentium 3 to do the job.
The GT5 collection is massive, something aroung 12+ hours of music, not included some of the menus such as the licenses and car dealerships.
 
The official GT4 soundtrack contains the menu music from GT4. That is what I used to get the GT4 menu music in GT5.
