GT4 Menu Music?

I searched around and for no reliable answers for what I'm looking for. I know that the menu music in GT4 comes right from the soundtrack for GT4. I plan on using these tracks in my GT5 custom BGM, but please DO NOT POST ANY LINKS. I just want to know what songs from the playlist are in the menu playlist and what order they are in. I can find no reliable information on Google or here so this is why I'm asking. Thanks.
