This week’s theme will be "Race Car Roll Out" as chosen by Week 73 Winner [empty space]. ​
Further explanation of theme: ​
In the words of Es:
I was thinking off new race car roll out. You know how at the beginning of every new season, teams roll out their new cars for the year with a fancy display with the boobs, the lights, and the cars?

That's basically what I want to see.

Cars: Race cars.
Tracks: None.
Phototravel: Yes, only. Also, no PS faux-speed-blur.

  • A preview image may be used, but it may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels by either photo orientation.

You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image.​

I must be suffering from a post-holidays chubby finger issue... haha. Fixed! I figure two weeks should be enough to attract a decent amount of entries, since this is a fairly easy week, shot-wise :).

H2H is still undecided, though I suppose I might as well get the polls up for it. I feel as though there are too many comps floating around these parts, and since entries are already so low, and H2H is very, very similar to 2.0, it might not be worth it.
 
understood, but, imo the problem is that gt4 has gotten old to most people* and moved onto gt5p, pgr4, etc. ill miss the dueling themes/polls though.

*or in my case, gt4 doesnt always boot up.
 
I'll be Entering. I don't have a PS3 or Xbox 360 so no GT5 or PGR for me... Just my trusty ol' PS2 and I think GT4 is the only game I still own... And MGS3 that my friend is borrowing forever.

Nice one grump....I feel that Ill never get that damn car. Ive tried quite a few times then moved on...same with the missions. Drives me nuts.:yuck:

Thanks, thats okay, there are better cars, that corner much better. I still enjoy racing the Toy GT-one best... But since 100% completion, it's all about the photomode!!!
 
nice work GrumpE, love the banner over the Bentley. Good job. Wierd how the number 7 just hits you in the face! It's very bright.

Thanks, I took me about and hour to find the '8-Pin Matrix' font burried amongst my backups. And placing the car took forever, move the camera so I can move the car, move the camera back and check the shot, dosen't look right, move the camera again to move the car, and so on. Probably my longest photo shoot so far in photo travel. Yeah that 7 is bright, probably too bright, but it kinda works, though completely unintentional.

Photo Travel is kinda quirky.

If that's the case get a gameshark, codebreaker, or armax. Then you could easily get almost all the cars. If you have one of those check out these codes:

Dont worry, I dont think of it as cheating, Ive been posting here since the game debut.:sly: I just want all the options now. I dont have the time to play much.

that sucks. for some reason i thought you could buy one for 3.5m ...

you could always stick a stage 4 turbo on another lmp/group c car with r2/r1 tyres and let b-spec handle it when you wont be at your ps2 for a while. you get it from le sarthe II 24 hours, right?

I get very frustrated with phototravel sometimes. I wish they would have had the option to make the controls like those in photo drive
