Points for race: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (pre 2010 F1 scoring)
Try to keep at least 2 wheels on Tarmac/Rumble strips

Okay. Well done guys. good round, and we only had 9 finishers. Guess that the others couldn't keep out of the barrier (yes, that was a poor joke. I'm okay with it too!)

By the way, I want to change my car. This may not have been discussed, or pointed out, but I always felt that a car change would mean loss of all points gained thus far. I'm not going to say my preference yet, I want to know what my fellow racers think of my abandonment of the M3

Oh my!! I'm quite surprised my no stop strategy worked out OK. Congrats DK on the win and first place in the points. 👍

Just think of it as a mid season contract change? 💡 I say keep your points as it's hard enough to keep track of all the competitors, summarize the times, and everything else. They are well deserved!

@ granturismite: Ditto E RaK's remarks. Much as I love the Sim version of the BMW, I figured it was a little over matched versus the other Arcade rides.

Thank you Blues! I was quite skeptical that was a good strategy, but the risk seems to have paid off this time. Oddly, I could only draft for the first few laps since the AI had to pit .

It's odd that the Beamer doesn't seem to be competitive, since it showed promise in the testing I did. Now I'm interested to explore why it my be off the pace a little in comparison to the others!

Thanks again Guys! Congrats to both E RaK & KoW @ the podium. But I'm still in amazement at how close we're running in times, the competition is tight all around, position to position. Congrats to all still laying down those times in this series!

Granturismite, I'm in agreement with E RaK's suggestion, keep your points and standings and just continue from here, once you've made your choice.

Edit: @ E RaK & BD I did the no pit strategy in the 1st two rounds, didn't care for what was happening, so I changed @ Monaco.

A really tough week, with an uncomfortable A4 made up for the not so good week. 6th place isn't that bad, but needs a lot of work for the points!

I was quite pleased with my result. I personally have no problem with a driver choosing another car. They should be all the same and if one is a pig it should be abandoned.

Don't beat yourself up E RaK, I thought I'd done TONS of research while admin for a GT3 series years ago. By the end I had to add mandatory pit stops to keep us from running away from the competition. Much as we try, we can't cover ALL the variables.

I just realize the M3 is down there, the car actually seem to do so-so in the other 3 events but perhaps the straight line isn't favouring the M3 and the A4. The Sarthe favours a car that has the power to go to the top end while perhaps the M3 and the A4 prefers the cornering. Maybe that's why I feel a little uncomfortable in certain places with my A4 - feels like the car is real heavy!...

The Takata Dome NSX meanwhile does seems to be the best currently. The Opel isn't that bad either...
