Nurbergring Nordshleife - 4 laps (Forwards)

Race Rules
NO B-Spec!
Arcade mode
Weight penalties, results-based
No Power changes
Any tyre combination allowed
Strong Tire Wear
Rev Limiter penalty system (same as rallies/missions)
Driving aids Optional
Points for race: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (pre 2010 F1 scoring)
Try to keep at least 2 wheels on Tarmac/Rumble strips
(I seriously doubt anyone can keep it on the gray for 4 laps straight)



The Results

Congrats to E RaK for the 'ringworm' win! guess that last place at fuji gave you some modivation!

It appears that the MR NSX's did not cope well with the rings undulations, and the FR German cars prohited immensley

Points Table

At the moment, there is a tussle for 1st, with E Rak hounding DKlion3s, just 5 points behind. Don't discount n1nj4ofshr3d either...

watching the top 5 will be quite interesting, given how close you all are.

At the end of the championship, I'm going to provide a link to the spreadsheet I'm using, and also provide a constructers table. But not just yet..

Next week we head to Singapore's Marina Bay Special Stage Route 5 for a night round. Bring your headlights!

Jeez, dropped a spot in the ranks.
I didn't feel good at all in Germany. This and Monaco are just terrible for JGTC's. I gotta step my game up *cue kid from PSP commercials* and get back in the lead.

Amazing! Fantastic race guys, great to be on the podium for the first time (also the first time in the history of racing in GTP). Also congratulation to other podium performers and those who finished the race.

I didn't expect to be up there, especially around 3 seconds off from victory. The Germans are definitely the annihilator in this round - and the NSXs are definitely struggling. We still have a couple more rounds right? The Championship is still open and good luck all! 👍

Well done everybody, and good work on beating me on the 'ring

Champoinship Update: I will not be extending the series, as I am falling out of sync with GT4 (Minecraft has stolen me again), and my heart is just not in the racing. I will see out the series, and continue to enjoy running it, but I don't want to run it if I'm not competing.

So, after all that, we will see who wins the coveted prize (unrevealed as yet) at Round 10 Grand Valley Speedway.

I see the Takata locked down 4th thru 6th with some solid times inspite of the "Hell" ride. We ran good this round.

Congrats to all, great event. I got several hours of practice and am quite happy with my result. I have a tight schedule next week and don't care for the special stage track so I expect my next result will be pretty weak when we return next.

I used med front and soft rear tires and one pit.

Congrats to everyone. Still not doing very well but i'm not that great at the ring anyway so hopefully i'll do better next time.
