You know, The artists, animators, etc. @ PD Put SOOOOOOOO much effort into the environments that we race in, that, as we pass them lap by lap, they become overlooked. So I have taken a few pics of the actual scenery of GT4. So if any of you guys want to post some feel free.

Nice shots. I agree with ya too, some of the scenery is amazing. After gettin the big screen and finally running in 1080i i've stopped to look at the surroundings a couple of times. Even the road gives off the glimers of pavement on some tracks. 👍

for some odd reason i cant get 1080i to work on my Mitsubishi 52" dlp....anyway, thats off topic....

i especially love Monoco and the one on the Italian riviera......stunning views......

No pic of it, but anyone ever notice that REALLY TALL tree on Trial Mountain track, in the distance when taking a right at the hairpin after the tunnel and long straight?

Anyone noticed the BMW store @ the start of Nür? You see it when looking through your rear mirror while passing the start / finish. I can't take pics to show, but it was a nice detail.

i really ike the Wehrseifen turn on the 'ring........has a nice feel to it how the vally is off to the side (but, alas, thats not in my pic).......and its were Niki Lauda crashed :scared:

With the scenery in this GT you can really appreciate how much its gotten better over the years. It went from block rocks on GT1 to highly detailed(for a video game)rocks.

On the subject of scenery, has anyone taken a photo of their car going over the Adenau bridge on the 'Ring? Near Ex-Muhle if I remember correctly... was wondering if you can see the bridge itself... nicest car in the photo gets extra bragging rights

Here's some on Trial Mountain:

Your kidding me! I take it that the second picture is of the last left hander at Trial Mountain. I never noticed that there was a river/lake behind that turn! Not to mention a couple of guys fishing in a row boat!

Thats amazing, I had no clue there was a lake, let alone some losers who think fishing is more important than my driving technique! lol

Anyone ever notice ya can toss leaves around when you go into the piles of fallen leaves at Autumn Ring? I thought that was a pretty cool lil detail.

That could be done in GT Prologue too - I hope to try and get a photo of it in photo-drive one day.

Not the beginner course; that is a half-mile ovalish thing with the kink on the back-straight. That picture is from Motorland or w/e it's called.

Thanks 👍 I've only done Motorland circuit which is effectively a 1/4mile loop with the one chicane. About a 15sec lap! Must find that one...Been too busy on #34

heres my favorite shot yet....crossing the bridge at Midfield......

turning at the (now famous) corner at Trial Mountain
