Just saw the GT4 soundtrack posted in another thread. You can discuss it in this thread 👍. There seems to be a good mix of all types of music, and a good selection of some important artists.

Well it looks as though i'll be muting the music this time around. GT3's techno (and Feeder)were much better.

Oh well, hopefully they'll utalise the own music on harddrive feature on the PS3.

That looks like the American soundtrack, I doubt that will be the one released in Japan and Europe which is one reason why I won't get the American version (The only GT soundtrack that was decent in the US version was GT2, GT3 was horrible bar a few songs and GT1 was the same as the European version). Plus i've seen mention of Kasabian/Feeder/Van Halen and I don't see them in that list, oh and i'm sure they said it would have 96 songs.

Trust me though, I bet you Feeder will be in it. 👍 They are like the Gran Turismo band.

I also think Feeder will be in the PAL version if there are different soundtracks because I remember getting a OP2M Demo DVD and there was the "Making of GT3" on it. Feeder were interviewed and they said that PD came to them and Feeder accepted the contract and that Feeder were very big fans already of the GT series, so I reckon they would at least try to make it into GT4.

Well someone translated some of that booklet and a song called 'Feeder - Shatter' was mentioned. I've never heard of that song, so I can only assume that it will be exclusive to the game for a while kinda like Just a day. Also 'Van Halen - Panama' was also mentioned in the translation, i'd love that to be in the intro, but it has more chance in the American verision, the Japanese version will have 'Moon over the castle' by that Japanese bloke, which is the theme song of the GT series unfortunately it's only ever made it into a non japanese release via the PAL GT4P, you know right at the end of the ending.

GT 3's PAl soundtrack was good to race to, although I thought there wern't enough to listen to. I'm sure GT 4's will be of the same high stabdard.

You never know, they could just make a track of loud "BVVVV" noises to better simulate the average rap-playing car I see drive by. Even get the controller to constantly vibrate!

Look, that soundtrack was taken from an American magazine so it's more than likely that it's the soundtrack for the American version.

BT feat. Hutchi, Planet Asia, Rasco - Madskillz-Mic Chekka = best song ever in a GT game. Brian Transeau is the mothereffing man.
