:eek: A fast Race Car with super sticky tires & major brakes, on one of my most favorite tracks, AND a Handicap System. I'd say you guys did a fine job putting a bow on Week 100! đź‘Ť :cheers: Looking forward to seeing if the Handicap System mixes things up at all.

0'25.867 & 0'57.819 for me so far.
 
Slower at T1, marginally quicker at T2, but almost a full second gained at the line! :trouble: mmmmmmmmmmmm :drool:

Here are my best splits so far that are clean, had a faster lap but there was a touch and my best lap was not great in the last turn at all :(

Just ran another session, and improved alot. Still more time to find, as I messed up the tight corner after the short downhill straight. Probably another .4 in it if im lucky, providing I have time to run this again.

Well, I wasn't going to run this week due to some rl stuff and the amount of time I spent on the last one. Then I saw the effort you guys put into making this 100th something special đź‘Ť

The combo lured me in and hope alot more will join also.

Not so good first sector, I could see a low 56.xxx this week.
 
Ran a few laps while I was waiting for a mate to show up, only got about 4 or 5 laps done but I did see a 25.0xx T1 so next proper session I am expecting a nice improvement. (That's 3 sessions I've run today, a new record for me!)

Loving the idea of the handicap system too!
 
Did my first warm up laps yesterday. Still need to find out how to stay fast and not lift off after T1, but it's truly fun :) đź‘Ť The rest of my week is full of study :yuck: but I'm sure I can manage some more laps before the deadline.

The leaderboard doesn't look that close yet, but I'm sure that will come during the week as the D2 and D3 drivers put more time in đź‘Ť

And Hugo, I assume the leaderboard will even out a bit as the racers get 'warmed up'. Most of the top-dogs already raced lots of laps in most places, so picking up pace is quick, and hunting down the missing 1/100ths is the thing. For me, as an example, it takes half a week to pick up some basic, low-Div2 pace...

Hey man judging by your result last week, there's no reason you should give up. You have what it takes - just approach your driving from a different angle and it will click.

I think I still got a little bit left in me. Still gotta get used to braking at the last second since the Astra allows it. Little improvements needed in the begginning i'm still pretty sloppy in the last part of the track.

I suspect the first sector improves most, with the high HP. Basically, two straights, one hairpin, one simple left-right combo... And the added power enables a further couple of KM/h topspeed at the end of the straight.

As usual my T1's are in the ballpark, it's that T2 time driving me crazy eh? :banghead:
If I could just keep from growing "wings" after T1 I suppose I could improve that sector eh?

Edit: I guess I should admit I"m now trying to use a DFP. The Jury is still out on that one!
