hope i am not too late, my mount broke on my dfp and went and got a 4 inch C-clamp that holds it like it is made for the purpose!
been a long time, thought all arcade was being run. my split was 18.078

DAN

done another good couple of hours on this one, can't seem to make any improvements, my lap time is faster but T1 split is down, I think I'll give it another couple tonight and then start on the Nurb. I am a Nurb virgin on GT4, could be a long week!

Welcome back Dan!

Well, no time for me to play last night... At least I'm satisfied with my lap, that's always good. :) Still see a little more in it, but didn't have the time to chase it down.

See you all in the results!

Time submitted.

I ran all week tinkering with the tuning, until yesterday. Thats when I decided to listen to the advise given out through the week. I did the auto tranny at 7 and no adjustment to the "cough" default "cough" settings.
Beat my time and that's my submitted lap.

I was gonna work on this one this evening as I only drove it for 20-25 km so far. But ... ummm.... then I saw that the details for next week were up there so... ummm... Submitted and on to the green hell :p

Bollocks. Spent two hours working on this last night and couldn't even get within half a second of my best time. Figured I must have had an inspired moment when I set the time but after a while I noticed that the ghost just seemed to be able to pull away from me even if we were on the same lines.

Some further checking revealed I somehow lost the settings for racing clutch and flywheel. That makes quite a difference. Within three laps I was within .1 second of my best time and ended up .3s faster for the night. I've seen a 17.3xx and was able to catch my ghost somewhat on occasion after T1 so I'm guessing that I left at least .4s on the table here but after wasting two hours on the wrong settings I ran out of time.

Anyway ... target achieved, so I'm submitting.

T1: 17.559

Ok, gtbadboy......You win that one, but not by much! Thumbs up to you!👍:) I'm glad to see some of us old guys still have that racing spirit!

Well, I'm trying to get back to racing with the up coming event at the 'Ring'.....even though I'm pretty slow there, I'll be happy to dust off the old DF wheel and get the wind in my hair again.

I'll see you guys there.:nervous::)

Had almost no time to run this week and managed to squeeze in just one abbreviated session

17.715

Submitting now

Ok, gonna give it another half hour as this is my first week on the WRS! Will be submitting soon! Enjoying though by the way, thanks for a great racing series and forum!

Managed a 0'17.640 earlier in the week. Did more tinkering today, but couldn't beat it. Time submitted.

Eiffel Mountains here I come. 👍

Some settings I used were
18,18
92,92
8,2
8,5
2.3,0.8
0,0
4,7
Aids 0,0,0
brake 16,4
trans 5,10,7
It was easy to control the slide of this car I thought compared to last week. Got a 17.514 and faster but finished the best with this split.
