Mistakes.......we all make them.

I've had 3 DQ's.
My very first race several years ago, I erased the replay by mistake.

Twice this year. Misread the rules and used a concrete surface I shouldn't have. When it was brought to my attention by some good friends I DQ'd myself.

The third time was a similar touch as yours at Swiss Alps. I didn't think I touched an "invisible" wall, but I did. When presented with the facts I DQ'd myself again. I don't mention these incidents to say I am any better than anyone else, only that integrity is a big part of what goes on here and your integrity can not be taken from you.......you must give it away and I'm not suggesting that you have.(given it away.)

My point is: it's done, learn from it, become somewhat anal about your replays but most importantly......... Race On!!👍👍

EDIT: I checked Kenny's (01GTP's) replay, and he is clean and green. 👍

Thanks for checking and approving my lap, Kevin. As for yours it was not the prettiest of laps but it is clean and green, proper tires, horsepower and time.

OK, here are the three replays that were submitted by Jimmy 10, raz_10 and Marooned.

This is an unusual step, but seeing that two of the drivers concerned have attempted to defend their submissions I feel it only fair to bare all by supplying viewable replays for all to see and comment on.

I have to agree that all 3 video's show the same mistake made by the drivers.
To me whats worse then being disqualified is having to contact someone and tell them that the lap they have submitted is not clean. We here at the WRS police ourselves and not only watch the replays for confirmation but also for information on improving our own skills.
OK, to get to my point, I view these replays (each week) and when it comes to the clean and green I have spent many hours in proving them clean or not. I would much rather watch them once and go on to the next. If I'm to approve someone's lap its has to be clean for me to say so, for my own integrity. We all have time constraints and I have spent many hours on my own replays and even missed a very noticeable mistake.
We are a community of racers so as gtbadboy said...RACE ON.

All I can say is Suzuka in the BMW M3. What...? Thats grass...? 🤬
Oh and I have deleted some of my replays also.

Thanks for checking Kenny, and it's still available for any others to check. Told you it was a little ugly, but I guess we weren't going for style points.
