well watching your replay from BC5 was just insane, you monstered that race with every apex nailed...

well did some 2 hours testing on this combo using mainly 220 top speed, i found this to be the only reasonable compromise for the broad range of different types of corners at this long enjoyable track, 3rd gear is the gear to use mostly, i didnt use 2nd gear. splits were

1'09.371
1'38.670

lost alot in the ending so i iwll improve on this by a good 1.5 2 secs

i'm gonna have to agree with u there shockwave, i didnt enjoy 1 minute of the time i spent on this combo, this track is very scenic, but also ****ing hard and frustrating and u get no satisfaction out of driving this lump of **** around the rocks of the grand canyon

Thanks.I spend a lot of time on that one but it paid off in the end as that's my best hotlap that I've ever done.

Loosing some time in first 2 sectors,3rd sector was acceptable.

Ok, it looks like the combo won't keep us busy 7 days, so what about having next race posted 2 days in advance ?
It'll be a GT-mode race with a multiple car selection, so there will be some time to spend on choosing and setting the car in the first place : 2 extra days might help for that.

I can't see my lap getting much quicker and as it stands I may be challenging your place on the leaderboard, last.

I'll still submit it, probably won't be as slow as Casio's protest lap but only because this track is shorter.

I ran some more laps last night and couldn't understand why breaking 1'15 was hard at T1??? Then I took all the corners in third gear instead of second and hit a 1'13 without much effort So I'll drop it to 220 for my next session and will hopefully shave buckets of time off 👍

I found this car is much easier to handle in low revs so I've been on 240 and taking most corners in third (about 3 corners in second)

YES!!! That sounds AWESOME! But sadly, I still won't be able to play regardless until Monday evening most likely... Going on a nice long road trip starting friday around noon until monday afternoon... Should be fun, but next week's race sounds like it's just my cup of tea, if the track's allright that is... And it should be fine, as long as it's not dirt... Or Fuji... BLECK!
