GT40 vs. Panoz.. Sound. Remember ? ?

We talked about this in another thread (can't remember which) and someone said the Panoz and the GT40 sounded exactly the same. Well - I beg to differ... They sound NOTHING alike. The Panoz has neither the hissing nor the spitting sounds the GT40 produces..

So to whomever thinks the GT40 and the Panoz sounds alike.. Please please PLEASE do take a second A/B test and tell me you can't tell the difference.. I know you can ....

wow and I thought I was a hardcore GT3 fan, you guys are comparing the sound of different cars in the game, something I never thought of doing. :p
 
they DO NOT, BY ANY MEANS, sound the same. the GT40 sounds way better :D

Okay, i love doing this...speed up through a manual to third, and then just downshift without braking...ahh, the engine sound is just beautiful...so torquey :drool:

No, not really, because i would be already playing GT3 if i were to floor that GT40...does it make a different sound between the road and the race car?

The road and race versions sound pretty much the same (as opposed to the Panoz :trouble: )

Just to clarify, I wasn't saying that the Panoz sounds bad. It does indeed sound quite nice. Just different from the GT40...

How can the GT40 and the Panoz sound the same? There's no way! Unless they were separated at birth, then that's a completely different story ....

But the GT40 sounds the best :D
 
As if I'd ever do something like that... :D

I have to admit that whenever I hear them, it tends to be because I've just passed both of them attempting to back-mark on Enduros... I'll get my g/f out of bed and get her to drive the other one :D That'll make her love GT3...
